A busy weekend of Events
The annual Golf Trout Tournament begins with registration Friday evening and cocktail reception and appetizers at Catamount Lake House.

Following refreshments there will be bidding on private water for Saturday’s fishing event. Teams will be paired with their guide to determine equipment needs and fishing strategies for the next day.

Saturday begins a full day of fully guided fly fishing on some of the finest trout water in Northwest Colorado. Teams will be scored for the most trout, biggest trout, most species of trout, and for completing such tasks as catching a trout on a dry fly, nymph, and with a streamer.

Dinner at Three Peaks Grill, at 6:00 p.m. teams, guides, spouses and guests assemble for score tally, libations, dinner, and recap of the fishing portion of the tournament.

On Sunday the teams and their guides will play 18 holes of golf. Golf begins with a shotgun start, best ball format, with all the traditional “opportunities” to make or lose money along the way. Mulligans will be available all three days until tee time. Weekend events conclude with the presentation of the awards and prizes.

The number of teams is limited – Don’t Delay !
